Timken HR Manager
Michelle was born and raised in New England. She is married, has one son (Ethan, 17), and two huskies.
Michelle has a Bachelors in Organizational Leadership and MBA in Human Resource Management as well as over 15 years of leadership experience in manufacturing with a strong background in HR, EHS, LEAN, Process Improvement and A3 Problem Solving.
In addition, she also teaches Human Resource Management and Compensation & Benefits as an adjunct professor at Franklin Pierce University.
